Fair Deal went bad and was bought out by another company (5 card charlies). They are solid now and probably are being managed better than they were for the last 3 months under the old crew.
If you have money in there, you don't have to worry about getting paid. I know quite a few that have been paid since the change and they didn't have any problems.
