Fairfield +13........New team with Deng

C'mon guys .....ya gotta take a shot here with a high scorin team (77ppg) that will present matchup problems......should win the battle of the boards, has one of the nations top 5 shot blockers in Deng Gai (10 in last)and is adding a guy to the lineup that Khalid El Amin once called the most talented on a real good CT team....Ajou Deng starts his first at Fairfield tonight and at 6'10" his long arms will help cousin 6'9" Deng Gai alter a few shots...In a scrimmage vs USDBL All Stars last week Deng had 27 pts and 12 reb.....That'll help Ffld who is 1-5 having lost 4 close contests.
How can a team that averages mid 60s give 13 to this team. Maybe I'm wrong but I can't see it.. I'm on the Stags tonight!

hey bear,I agree with you.They lost to iona by 4 and dePaul by 4.denga-denga should be able to keep this close.
And Tim O'Toole is a grdauate of my HS.He had such a great "jumper".GL
