Fantasy football HELP!!!

I have a choice to make, play Wes welker or laurance moroney. I'm in a ppr league that means slot. With Brady nicked and the weather cold and bad, figure they will rely and the run alot. Especially since the bills are last in the league against the run.
Leaning mauroney but we'd has been a stud...any weather reports or guys in the know that can gimme a hand? Semi today and I would hate to burn myself. Already had breed have one of his bad games on me, thes pts may mean a shot at 3k or not!!! Tia
