1 QB McNair or Delhomme

2 RB Lewis, Bennett, or Henry

3 WR Holt, Warrick, Moulds, Ferguson

McNair as long as he is going to play (even at 80% I'd take him over Delhomme)

RBs are a no brainer in my mind Lewis and Henry are the way to go.

WRs Holt is a must start obviously, then I'd say Warrick and Moulds. Ferguson is real hit or miss and since I assume you are either in your Super Bowl or deep into the playoffs, you want something out of each guy.

Lewis-without a doubt. Remember last time he played Cleveland?
Holt without a doubt and Furgeson might not be a bad play. Furgeson has played well the last few weeks and Walker is banged up so he might not be a bad play

Keep in mind Holt-Warrick is H2H, not something in this particular case that could matter, but nice to know.
