I have been terrible the last 3 or 4 weeks in my fantasy leagues as well.
Not enough people post for Nascar on here to have much more of a discussion than what we already have each week.
Well the Daytona thread got right 150 views but only 3-4 of us posted anything in it. Each week I try to encourage more to post their thoughts and opinions just as Ax did in his NBA thread. But nobody says anything which doesn't make me upset but I don't have all the answers or angles for each race and like to hear what others have to say. So I thought maybe there are more people on here in the fantasy league on yahoo that would like to talk about picks for the race. That can also lead to more people posting pick's to win the race as we have been doing for the last 2 month's. Funny thing between the 2 of us we have been doing pretty good. U even better then me, I have to work on more matchups to get better.
So, who do we like for Chicago? Stewart good there but I only have about 5 uses let on him and trying to save for the chase. The way it should work is if everyone can throw out drivers in A,B and C and why they like them then everyone can make a better decision for their lineup.
As for the one's that want to join the league I am in. I don't know if you can signing up after the season starts (I do not run it) but as for next year it maybe possible. How it works is a $150 buy in at the start of the season. Now this year things changed as yahoo did change by spliting the season into 3's. 1st and 2nd in the 1/3 of the season get paid and 1st and 2nd in the next 2/3 and so on for the last 3rd of the season. So really all you have to do is atleast come in first for 1/3 of the season to get your money plus back. Have been in it a few years now and made money each year till this one. Has to catch up to me sometime I guess.
After all this typing I hope this post makes sense.:142smilie Just like to get more people involved in the weekly discussions if possible. I try hard to stay open to everyone's opinion's and I would never bash anyone for saying what they want unless they start on me first. But then I probably still wouldn't say anything.
