When you install it make sure the logo is in front (centered) and slide the lever back and forth and center that also.
Then when you tighten the locking nut underneath have someone hold the faucet in place. If you don't do this the torque when you tighten the nut will move the faucet alignment.
All that means is you might have hot water when the lever is pointed at you.
got you...
it`s funny...i originally bought a $230 delta with the long lines so you don`t need to buy any extra lines...and a temperature switch(i guess so kids won`t get scalded)...
but the little screw the tightens the water control lever to the base was missing....and i didn`t feel like waiting for one to be sent...
it`s just as well...the delta was basically totally unassembled...too many washers and steps to follow...the directions sucked...
btw..the faucet i`m replacing was one of those fancy ones where the spout swiveled from the top...i hung a water filter from the spout,,,,and when the spray went up,instead of sending for another,i just hooked a manual aerator to the spout..one that you had to pull down on to change the flow...
well, mrs weasel got carried away and ripped the head right off the base of the spout:142smilie ...
i can still stick it back up there..it works...but water leaks from the top....
22.5 inches of snow...f`ed up faucet....if that `s the worst of it this season,i`m ahead of the game....
/i know..to much info.....
