Fax Question

i have a fax and printer scanner all in one, i am connected to the internet online, can i fax from being online or do i need a phone line? i only have a cell so i have no phone line at my place, if i can fax from the internet, how do i do it?

Most fax machines are connected to a phone line, so yah would need a phone line to reach them unless ysh have some form of net2phone avaialble. In some cases your 'all in one' machine might be able to send a 'fax' to a similar 'all in one' machine, provided it is reachable via internet.
