after so many yrs of having comcast I finally cancelled them and I could not be happier...got direct tv with a great deal with nfl ticket

I've had Direct TV for years and love it. The only problem that i have with them as i am sure with any satellite provider, when it storms it loses its signal and I am without televison.

Let me just warn you DO NOT get Direct TV! Don't! Can't decide who ad worse customer service, them or Comcast. Actually, yes I can, Direct!


Dish is the best by a LONGGGGGGGGGshot.

with DISH you cannot get the NFL package and i have personally never had a problem with DirectTVs customer service. I have contacted them numerous times and the issue has always been resolved.

I've had DirectV since 1994... never had a problem and customer service has always been Superior.

Let's see - the most HD channels, the best sports, including the NFL package, the baseball extra innings package and the Big 10 Network - all in HD no less.....

It's an easy choice. I could never understand why anyone would have cable - unless they had to due to physical limitations at their homesite....

Have had DTV for 11 years no problems. Best customer service. I had Comcast before it sucks totally.

I've had direct for 5 years and never had any probs..... I hate comcast!!!!!! I have them for high speed and I can't get a hold of them for anything!!!! They never know whats going on with anything either :shrug:

12 years w/ DIRECTV and their customer service has always been fantastic.

In fact called today for some questions about SuperFan and the rep was top notch..

a must for viewing the NFL...

everything else pales in comparison
