I've been with SIA for the last year and a half but am finally fed up with them. I have yet to be credited for wins from yesterday afternoon, and of course at 4 o'clock today atheir server crashes, preventing me from getting any late nfl games in. So when it does come up, I will be withdrawing my funds and will look for a new book. Any suggestions for one that has been around a while, is reliable with a good interface and that has a stable server?

Any feedback is appreciated.

Saint I have to agree with you. I still have a halftime wager yet to be graded from yesterday. And SIA was AWFUL in terms of availability yesterday. Im sorry, but if you arent techinically prepared for week one of the NFL season, you have no business owning an online sportsbook. Take your estimated # of users, double it, and be prepared for that many. If you arent, then close down. You are only doing yourself and your customers a great disservice.

Acehist8...........O no, first MVP now these guys , too. You must have had a trying weekend. Did you cash anywhere ?
Saint, I don't think anyone would argue if you chose Pinnacle or Carib. And, I like (Olimpdic) also, their site ran nicely this weekend & there is an alternate address for "crunch" time if needed. Actions of SIA sound inexcuseable, time to get out of there. They (sia) have a banner up top, talk to jack. GL................THE HITMAN

SIA has been total SHITE this weekend. I am with them because they occasionally post some VERY soft lines. But its no good if you cant get to their site! I have not been there long but I wont be there for much longer at this rate.

MVP has been much better. Olympic was tops this weekend, I truly wish they were a sponsor here so I wouldnt feel so bad about using them. But I use a half dozen sponsors or so, so I dont feel too bad.

Well.......I have to admit.......SIA has been my favorite book for a lot of reasons........but I agree.......horrible what happened!

They have treated me very well and I've never had any problems with them (well I have had some tiny ones.....but nothing like this!). And in this loyalty is a big deal!

I do know one of the "owners" and he is not happy........I have actually been to their offices and it is a first rate operation....but even I am considering not using them anymore.......but I am somewhat biased because in the past two years they have treated me so well........and no I don't use 15 other sportsbooks like most people in here so I must say I don't have vast experiance in how all other sportsbooks work. But from the horror stories that I've read on here SIA isn't that bad. I mean.....I get my withdrawls within two days....sometimes next day! And there is no charge..........but when you can't even get into the site or get games graded that is very bad indeed!

Give them some time.......I assure you there are heads rolling in the tech dept.......and I would hope they come up with some big time "apology" program.

On the other hand.......if they don't shape up........I'd pull my money out as well!! Even though you can get some great odds on the dogs.....it means nothing if you can't bet it! :nono:

(and no I don't work for them and have no agenda........just wanted to say some good things about SIA.......even though points made on this form are justified........most people complain here before they praise!)

So come on SIA..........you have lots of angry customers.......and as of right now I am loyal to you......just don't let me (and thousands of others) down:eek:

For those of you on this forum that want my e-mail.......ask madjack! I'll give you some pointers on who to speak with and when!

I mostly liked SIA because I play a lot of dogs (especially in nhl) and they have really skewed lines towards favorites so dogs payout nicely. Did you guys notice they added some new types of betting...like the "Live" option. I'm glad they decided to branch out a little but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you don't update your site the 1st day of full nfl schedule. One would think they would try new things during preseason.

Hitman-thanks for the suggestions, i'll check them all out.

I have to agree that Olympic and Carib are very good for ease of use and for customer service.

But I have been using two different sportsbooks for the past several months that I am totally satisfied with. And I feel secure with them after all the upheaval in the industry the past year. Also I think that their lines are MUCH kinder to the small player than either Olympic or Carib.

They are Canbet and Pinnacle.

Hope this helps
