MD - On a mission. Big inside game. Solid "D". My home boys.

Lik OU myself 5 units, got it earlier this week @ -6. Think they kill them here, coverdale or not. As for the MD KU game...........I like KU but who knows???? Probably just fade and enjoy the game.
Question: Do you think Kansas will push the ball as hard agaisnt MD as they have been throught the tourney? And if so, do you think MD can run with them?

I think MD can run with anybody. I think that is a big part of both offenses. . .transition baskets. I think the difference will be in half court sets. A lot of people overlook MD's outside shooting ability. They've been jamming the ball inside throughout the tournament, but are capable of hitting 3's as well. If Kansas tries to sag back and defend against the inside, MD can kick it out to Dixon, Blake, Nicholas, and even Holden for a "Trifecta". Most teams like to try and slow MD down (i.e. Wisconsin), but MD can force their will and control the tempo. That was the case in the Wisconsin game and MD won going away. I think Kansas will run. They'll "dance with the one that brought them". They're not playing Oregon though. Maryland is quicker, stronger inside, and has a deep bench which allows them to keep people fresh. There's no noticable drop-off in talent when subs are in.
I respect Kansas and their talents too. So, all in all, it should be one heck of a game.

Thx for the reply fix!!! As the day goes on im likin the Terps more and more. Was gonna fade but hell, its the final four, might just put a unit on MD, or kansas, have to see by game time what I think. Gl wit hwhatever u do.

I might play IN +8 and hope for a middle. But I'll probably just let my prop bet ride and root for my Terps to roll!
