Ok, I hate to be an ass, but if you do not believe that Arizona can win this game by 3, then you are absolutely nuts! Michigan State can win this game by 3 as well, but saying that MSU at +3 is too good to be true is an absolute joke! Just look at who Arizona has beaten to get here compared to MSU. . . the Spartans (by no fault of their own, but still reality) was basically handed a Final Four ticket.

Personally, being the biased one that I am for Arizona, I believe that if Arizona keeps the MSU rebounding edge to single digits, then Arizona wins this by at least 7 points.
