At the end of the day, this one hinged greatly on coaching for me. Pitino with all this time to prepare, I'M IN!!! :00hour Go back and look at his su and ats record with 5 plus days of preperation and it is simply hard to argue. Couple that with same season revenge :bigun:
> Same season revenge games last 10 years - PITINO 12-2 ats and 9-5 su
> PITINO with 5 days of prep, 28-4 su
> PITINO 8-2 ats this year with prep
> PITINO 21-9 ats last 4 years with 5 days of prep time
> Calipari 6-13 ats with 5+ days of prep
> Loui 8-0 ats on neutral court
> 4-2 ats revenging a road loss
> 8-0 ats in tourney play
> Great vs good offensive squads (3-0 ats vs teams scoring 77+)
> KY is 4-6 ats vs good defensive teams
As for the X's and O's, this team is playing fierce D and that will continue tonight. Not that the last time these two played, Pitino's boys didn't give a good defensive effort, they most certainly did, but i look for an even better defensive scheme tonight. LAst time KY shot a lousy 29% and only 3-16 from deep. the 2-3 zone will force the long ball again and bother the Cats (IMO). Last time they played Louisville held KY to their worst offensive game of the year on the road! Love the guard play from LOU. Their guards defend better than anyone and will force KY into many a turnover (committed 20 last time they played). 2nd time around, with time to prepare, I am jumping on all these points and will dabble on with the +380 ML too:00hour :00hour :00hour
GL TO ALL:toast:
