and he refuses to the hedge the bet...
hopefully Old South adds that number to my final record..it might put me at .500

UTSA's Jivvanhh Jackson named Pl of the yr in D-1

My last game was wed nite at Tex St.. Tx St -6 over Appa St .. on 1/11 tx beat them by 20 ..not sure why was the line so low.. Appa st had to travel again to San Marcus where a month ago they got there butts handed to them... I get to the parking lot and the 3 lost are full.. park by the football stadium ...the place is packed.. white out.. free t-shirts ..go sit where I always sit and an usher comes over to me to see my tickets..I'm in the upper level and the guys tells me this is reserved for Appa St people only.. so I go up to the bleachers..I put on my Bobcat sic 'em t-shirt and for the 1st time in 4 years I'm going to be a fan and cheer..I take out my phone and send a message out that this place is " electric" and make another huge play on my betting ap. My betting site tells me I exceeded how much I can put on the game.. I guess I never went over that.. never realized I had a maximum... go over the program and put my pen in my pocket... no notes tonite.. just a fan with a lot of money on the game...and will cheer with the other 6,500 Bobcat fans.. 2nd biggest crowd in Bobcat history..I guess they sent out word to all the on campus dorms to the RA's to clear the dorms and attend the game...bobcats never trailed and won 85-68...Appa st who had no interior defense the 1st game and none the 2nd game...FG % inside was off the charts..Pearson the POY of the conf had 23 pts and about 4 or 5 assists.. Forrest the one appa st stud got into foul trouble, was frustrated got a Tec and refused to sit in his teams huddle ..he also didn't start so something was up with him.. since I was sitting so high up I couldn't ask an Appa fan what happened..you know you guys get the real inside info with me plus a lot of BS..
Anyway it was great being a fan that night...I only get to see north Texas once or twice a year..
Texas St with a 1st round bye and now a win to make the semi-finals in the sun Conf
Get in my car and hear the NBA cancelled all its games... then the domino effect occurred...
So although my trip to Vegas is cancelled no more handicapping,no more watching baseball and the Texas spring football season is over...with my daughter from Philly visiting with her 2 kids were off to the San Antonio on tuesday

well my wife and 2 daughters cancelled that to...I was sure the Bears -3 would take the Giraffes

Thanks to Old South for keeping up with my plays both in football and basketball...thank all you guys that read these boring ass, misspelled, incomplete sentences ...see you back in college football ..thank all of you that came into one of my posts and said something.. thank you AE and Madjack ..hope everyone stays healthy
and congratulations to the North Texas Mean Green basketball team for winning the CUSA conference and cutting the nets down vs Zaga... old south please change my overall winning pct with the North Texas win:0074

Pitino to Iona wow...Tim Cluess stepped down due to medical reason.. he was out most of last yr for medical.. a terrible game coach but an outstanding recruiter..took all the Johnnies,Halls, recruited players that didn't make it and got them to go to Iona and all those kids that got in trouble in NYC.. never taught defense ...but think in the last 8 or 9 yrs he went to the big dance 6 or 7 times...he got in trouble a few yrs ago when his star player punched his asst coach and broke his jaw... the player was arrested and tim came out the next day and had him suspended for 2 games .. The pres of Iona got involved and told Tim the player was expelled and so would you and the athletic dir if this kid isn't off campus immediately..lets not forget Iona is a Catholic College..the next day the player was kicked out of the school...

Iona has a history.. Valvano was at Iona and he had some trouble there before he went to NC St.. TW was named coach there and 3 weeks before the season he was found at the Red light in his car sleeping.. he was drunk and was fired before he even started his 1st game at Iona... 3 weeks ago TW who is ESPN's announcer was at the Texas ? Oklahoma I think game.. at halftime I went down to the floor and talked to TW.. he kinda of remembered me coaching my HS in NY.. I asked about his father who coached at SUNY in upstate.. I asked if he was still alive he is and is 78.. we talked a few minutes and I said " your father would run circles around these two coaches " He laughed and agreed .. said I made his day...that what happens when you get fired.. ESPN hires you as an announcer...

So Pitino goes to Iona... one thing for sure they will press and play defense..he will recruit big time there..thought he could be still suspended ..right did he serve any punishment...and besides playing defense and pressing.. Iona in 2 years will be put on probation for something

Buddy I knew someone would agree with me
Roger...think I messed up on Rives McBee..think he played for North Texas in the late 70''s or 80"s..Have to check on that.. my roommate in college caddies for the pro's..he is doing the senior tour now...he and his wife travel all over the US as he caddy's.. he has a winterbago ..parks it at any Wallmart where the touneys are..I ask
him on some hints of who will win this week.. he is 0-60...

doglover.. glad your back safe and sound.. doglover went on a cruise last week...when the passengers on one of the ships revolted attacking the crew I swear I saw doglovers wife throw a chair at someone..it wa on youtube.. doglover texted me and denied it was his wife..

lets get together when all this virus things boils over..and take the wives out
