Line... op Tor -3/212... currently Tor -1.5/214

I'm fortunate to have placed wagers on Tor to win in 5, 6 or 7 gms... I'll make about $750 if its 5 or 6, $200 if it's in 7... I've been kicking myself for betting so conservatively.. (got my butt kicked in NCAA tourney, still licking wounds)

Lots of talk about Durant returning for gm 5.... what impact he'll have... GSt will bounce bk...
blah.. blah.. blah

Bettors have been pounding the Warriors since they went down 3-1...
the "Public" expects them to rally and win in 7... really?

IF you're Durant... Free agency is waiting around the corner on the next stop of his career trail.. and 160 Million Dollar contract...
Are you going to come back tonite?
Are you going to "put the team on your shoulders"?
How's your stamina going to be?
you gonna go inside and bang on the boards..? not worry about contact??
How's your confidence in your body to play 'full out" and not re-injure the leg?
Is he going to run the fast breaks?
Is he going to run an "ISO" play 10 times in the 4th qtr like he is wont to do?
I DON'T SEE THESE THINGS HAPPENING...
I DON'T SEE HIM RISKING RE-INJURY..
I DOUBT HE'S ANYWHERE NEAR 100%...

*I respect the shooting/scoring abilities of Curry/Thompson... when they get hot, it can look amazing!
*High energy level and toughness of Green (but he's also a dirty player, remember the Hou series? cheap shots.. and how he used to try and kick opponents in the nuts when he went up for a rebound/layup?)...
*their subs play with heart and effort, no doubt...
*the little guard Cook was the biggest reason they won game 2... nothing since then.
*Cousins has had 1 decent (Not dominant) gm in the series.. stunk it up in gm 4...
*Looney is playing with a fractured collar bone... can u imagine? what if he was playing against Draymont.. he'd intentionally hack him in the shoulder to disable him completely!
I doubt they try to play him anymore this series... lots of heart, but has GOT to be lucky to make anything other than a layup)...
*GSt does NOT have the size to compete in the key against Toronto...
THAT's how desperate Kerr/GSt is... they're out of options

Without Durant as a consistent scoring option in their offense, they've been outplayed by the Better team.
Period.

Did you guys see the body language on GSt in the 4th qtr when it became obvious they couldn't catch Toronto and were going to lose??

Toronto has the support of their COUNTRY!
Streets outside the arena are packed.. even around the country.. and as a team, they share the ball.. key factor in building confidence in the entire group to "take the shot" when you're open..

Adrenaline will flow from the crowd into the home team... increasing their energy level, hustle factor...

*Tor commits few turnovers.. Kawhi often handles the ball and distributes safely when they come to doubleteam him (as they must)
*has the BEST player on the floor (Kawhi), when Leonard posts up, nobody on GSt can cover him
*he also limits GSt to 1 shot attempt usually..
*solid all-star types in Gasol and Lowry..
*best 6th man in the nba w/Siakem.. (nothing against Lou Williams)
*bringing in Ibaka (dominant gm 4) and VanFleet (solid all but gm 2) gives Tor big edge in bench play...

As Kerr has expressed to the media after each game, "These guys are good!"

I DON'T THINK GSt CAN WIN 2 OUTTA 3....

RAPTORS CLOSE IT OUT...

Best o'Luck!

an exciting game tonight...
*everybody got their Durant look (he was better off simply spotting up for jumpers). he won't be back soon
*Raptors took a 6pt lead in last few mins.. forgot to play defense and got burned by the bombers (Klay/Steph)
*absolutely terrible last possession by the Raptors... down 1 pt w/15 secs, had the ball, and the shot they got was awful..
***Coach messed that one up...

Bottom Line was....

Warriors 20/42 shooting 3pt shots...
Raptors 8/32 on 3 pt shots....

A 36 pt difference!!

And Warriors win by 1...

I played a 3tm parlay w/Raptors +2.5/UN 216.5/open...
Now I've got 3 parlays w/1 spot open in each... total of 143 to win 775
And
I still have Raptors to win in 6 gms (120 to win 1060) and 7 gms (100 to win 400)...
I'll probably add to the "win in 7" in a few days when they put it up again...

I like my chances w/Raptors to get 1 of the next 2... but ya never know what'll happen

I was surprised at how poorly Toronto shot....

Now... Durant's out... Looney's out... it'll be Steph /Klay / DeMarcus/ Draymont...

seeya later guys!
