we heard the news fire in Philadelphia on CNN and right away you get nervous since out daughter teaches and lives there . But in our minds Philadelphia is such a big city so although we get worried we are pretty sure it can't be the Fairmont section she lives and teaches in. But then the news reported 13 killed in the Fairmont section of Philly. Our daughter who teaches at Bache Martin the city elementary school in Fairmont just called. One of her students they believe is one of the 13 that died in the fire. Sharon said they are the poorest family in the entire neighborhood and were given many food and gifts from the teachers and parents over the Christmas holidays Its one of the row houses that everyone lives in. Her principal and administrators are trying to get more information on the family and victims .. The news is on national tv all over . Sharon said that the house has many residents like many of her students families that live there just prayers and thoughts are to these families..
