Really hate this time of the year for our pet. I had to check my next door neighbor's kid yesterday for blowing off a string of boom's. The kid handled it well & apologized hope it sticks. Generally it's the so called adults that are complete asses.

I concur. Do not have a problem shooting the fireworks off in the neighborhood on the 4th (against the law) but last Sunday at 10:30 pm Mortar tubes going off is way off base. What the hell. Had to go check that.

I went next door to my house and checked on them while they shot off fireworks. When I checked, it seemed that everything was fine.
I know it's kinda hard in KY to tell the difference between fireworks & your neighbor's meth lab blowing. Happy to hear everything was alright & you didn't have to check them. You know what I mean ?

One year I had a party and got the real good shits. The ones that shoot way up in the air. That's when I lived out in the sticks of western Maryland. Anyway, halfway through firing these things off we hear fire trucks coming. I set the woods on fire acrossed the street. :facepalm:
They put the fire out and left. Never questioned me, never heard from them, nothing.

4th of July around here starts at the end of May... Everyone coming back from Mexico for cinco de mayo... Just about a month ago in the city of south gate an estimated street value of around 2 million dollars worth of illegal fireworks were recovered in a warehouse
