If you use Firepay for your casino transactions-beware. I suggest you get your money out and head for the door. I believe they are having a cash crisis and pulling every trick in the book to keep from giving up withdraws. I my case, this is $400.00.:nono:

Early Jan. They were to return $400 to Cap One. Cap One has gotten righteous and rejects all gambling transactions now. So it was credited back to Firepay, Cap one has the paperwork proof. Firepay says Cap One kept it without crediting me and they are fighting for my rights as well as others in this situation-BS

I remember doing a Neteller withdrawal last yr and they couldn't credit it back to my MasterCard. So they sent it to me instead via FedEx/bank check. That worked out. Never withdrew anything by Firepay myself, but I did once ask them if they can't credit back to my card, then what can they do as an alternative? They said they would be implementing a bank wire withdrawal method soon. That was a month ago. Have you guys asked about that? Otherwise a check by snail mail?

If they are giving you the runaround then making w/d by Firepay is useless in my book. Rather trust Cap One than Firepay. What a bunch of bull.

There was a really good article at covers about this about 3 weeks ago that spoofed me a bit. Like you guys said, it's the credit card companies, not firepay. A lot of credit card companies are losing out bigtime with gambling. A lot of people will max out betting and refuse to pay, as was the case with a califonia women who owed a ton but sued and won in court. So certain credit card companies refuse to accept or give payments with firepay, which is ridiculous because if they are willing to put money in, why aren't they willing to accept it back. So I'd check with your credit card company if you are hesitant about if they will block a credit back.

As far as the direct link with your bank account, firepay does offer that right now. I was afraid to use it because once I quit firepay, I don't reallly want my bank account info floating around the internet and firepay. So, I am thinking about doing the direct transer anyways, so I will let you know how it goes.
