i got a brochure in the mail and had to scratch and see if i won a free bet and i have won a free $50 bet and i do not know to redeem it nothing about it on the site

Don't even bother...from what I've read about it there is a catch to it and you have to deposit money and jump thru hula-hoops in-order to get the 'free' $50.
F, I hate elaborating, but nobody seems to get shit these days, and I can actually SEE (for a change) where misinterpretation would prevail here.
CONTACT THEM and find out if it's on the level. If you already have an account there then go for it. If not, then I would be suspicious.
