I heard so many comments about them. However, couple of things I am concern about them. When I spoke with their customer service, the Tony guy seems very pushy of getting me sign up with them and said he can see my phone # on the call display. I was like wait a minute, how can he see my phone # from Costa Rica. I then asked him what # did you see? he then silent. hoops. Also, their web site mentioned 80% sign up bonus, they only give you 10% cash or 20% free play plus referral and rebate for your loss at the end of the season to add up to 80%. Of course I know no book will offer you 80 %, should run away from them if there is one. I am with BET365 now but no luck with them, excellent customer service, they offer 15% cash bonus and 10% re-up. Why would I want to go to a different book if they offer the same as I am currently have plus I need to take my chance with a new book.
