I went with under 23, what do you guys think? Takes at least 4 scores to beat me, thats the way I am looking at it.

Like your play, best chance for any scoring will be at the onset of the game, after that the teams will settle down and start grinding it out.
Only thing I am concerned about is, there is almost ALWAYS a score in the last two minutes of the first half!
Another bet I liked was that there would be more scoring in the 1st half than in the 2nd?
Maybe I should take under for the game too!
