This is closer than it’s ever been pre-election for DJT. I read he was 6 and 10 points behind Shrillary and Biden respectively in the last 2 elections at this point. We all know he typically gets an election day bump from polls, which conventional wisdom attributes to concerns over social or professional retaliation. Not to dwell on that last point, but this is something I really struggle to accept. How can Americans not be afforded the right to support their legitimate candidate of choice? It’s not as if people are writing in a serial killer on their ballots. Anyway, with anti-Trump angst seemingly worse than ever, we should expect a similar, if not an even larger poll to ballot bump this time, no?

As I just mentioned above, it’s sad that people can’t express who they want vote for for fear of retaliation.
