FLORIDA STATE/LOUISVILLE Under 51.5 - The Seminoles are averaging 40.8 points per game so far, while Louisville is averaging 33.8 points, but both of these defenses are the best defense that each team has faced to this point. The Cardinals defense has been especially impressive, allowing just 18.8 points and 264.2 total yards per game. They have been especially stingy against the run, surrendering just 82.8 rushing yards per game on 2.3 yards per carry. I expect a very inspired effort from this defense vs. the #4 team in the country in front of a raucous home crowd on national TV. Florida State has really tightened things up on defense since their 38-31 opening week win over Iowa State, allowing only 15.3 points per game in their last 3 contests. They are much quicker than the defenses that Louisville has been going up against, so look for Cardinals quarterback Ragone to struggle under constant pressure, just as he did in a 31-0 loss to Florida State during the 2000 season.
