I was in awe of that drum kit just as much as they were (except I was on acid)

I was in awe when he went to a 90 degree drum kit for Theatre of Pain
I was in astonishment when it started spinning all the way around on the Girls Girls Girls tour
I was amazed at it coming out over the stage for the Dr Feelgood tour
and NOBODY will ever top the CRUECIFY

Thank God for Motley Crue, they filled a good portion of a 34 year span for me!!!

mobile d j i was fer 22 years and was big in the 80's .i do not have one record or album of motely crue just wasnt into them at that time no one ever requested any thing by the crew at any party i did and i did 100's of them.

Some alternative rock music i have inxs , echo n the bunnymen, The Clash, Any way motely crue was more like Glam rock heavy make up customes etc.. like kiss was.

BUT long gone are the the pure R & R sounds of the 70's ......... ain't none with drum solos today or guitar or bass solos like in a gada da vida by iron butterfly. Zepplin's Moby dick ........ Ten Years after alvin lee fuk whats the name of that song ???? Love like a man i think it was... Procol harem wow ooooo yeah Jethro Tull too.

I truly belive soon that style of R & R we grew up on will never played again by any of these new groups.

ONCE the stones pass away aero smith and others that are still lingering on real r & roll music gets buried with them.
