I can tell you being 7 years old in 79, my mom always played that type of music growing up. I listen to the 70s station still today. When Steely Dan is on I turn the channel unless its the song I previously mentioned.

There are a 100 better bands / song writers from the 70s

I will be forced to have to suffer through at least one of their songs and most likely a Bob Seger song as well. I am going to a wedding reception so I will be treated to that toothpick in my ear at least twice. It's like when a radio station says they play classic rock and you hear shit like Kansas and Styx. It's like shaving your bag for an orgy and you get there and there is nobody there but big bitches and some skinny broad that looks like Powder with a bunch of earrings and shit in her face.

Ozzy wanna be....

to each his own big boy..

but that aint structure...

ya want rip and structure ya turn on Led and Clapton and leave everybody else to find their own ticket in to standing room only.

First time I ever heard of Korn being Ozzy Wanna bees. A Korn concert is one hell of a workout.

Led is very good, I like Clapton, I appreciate his music and talent. Bob Seger as you mentioned is very good as well.

I really like,

Chicago, "Sarturday in the Park"
Bread - "Baby I'm a Want You"
America "Sister Golden Hair"
Jefferson Airplane "Miracles" "You Can Count on Me"

Just a few songs off the top of my head. My head banging buddies get a little frustrated with me when I Play ELO's "It's a Living Thing." Or MJs "Billie Jean"

Just never know what I might play and that's the beauty of it. If its an older bar crowd I cater cause I'm versatile
