I got forrest sweeping the 1st 3 rds. He should use the jab more but he's trying to load up on the rt a bit too much. Both throwing the same amt but forrest landing about 2 to 1. Baldy is slow and wild.

Damn box, we lost the santiago wager...fight was stopped due to a cut and Valasques was well ahead to win a td in 10

Very one-sided through 5...forrest landing at a good clip and mixing his punches well...baldy is very frustrated and so far being totally outclassed. Baldy is also complaining alot to the ref to no avail...Vernon looking good.

Ouch...that stings a little, guess Santiago wasn't the real deal afterall

Oh well

I'm thanking 5dimes for those chickensht 100 max payouts now...hahaha. Could have been much worse and I'd have lost my winnings from last night. Instead I only lost 1/2 and if forrest continues his domination here, it will be a very good wk for me.

Forrest is winning comfortably but he's not exactly looking sharp to me

Btw, the Santiago loss makes me a little more pissed about the Bojado Over pushing last night when it should've cashed

Oh well, I think were in the same boat here, a good week rides on a Forrest win...so far so good

through 7 Vernon is beating Baldy more impressively than floyd. He's mixing it up well and landing a good share of power punches. Floyd flat out ran in that one and vernon is simply using effecting range and boxing to win this. 7-zip so far.

I agree but Vernon is much bigger than Floyd in height and weight, with alot more power as well

8-0 same old, same old.

Point of note...HBO just highlighted Freddie Steele. My old man was from tacoma born in 1912. Supposedly he was a heck of a fighter/boxer in his late teens and Steel asked him to spar for a title fight. My dad refused the offer. He said Steele would have murdered him.

Baldy showing a good beard and some stones but nothing else. I have it a shutout through 10, with a bogus pt deduct on forest for that "low blow". Baldy clearly pulled him dwn. There is absolutely NO way these cards can be close. Merchant gave Baldy 2 rds and I think thats a gift.

Got to hand it to vernon for throwing and landing those big shots in the last frame. He was clearly ahead and just needed to coast yet he went out and capped a pretty good performance.

He looked rusty out of the gate, but as the fight progressed he appeared to sharpen up a bit. The last round he looked great...lol

A good performance against a very limited opponent

It would have been nice to hear about all these injuries that are corrected for Forrest and Baldy going over 200 lbs a little earlier than 1 minute and 30 seconds before the fight. Glad i took the over but hearing the over 200 pound deal had me wondering if Baldy would gas. Its nice how they hide this stuff.

Thank you all.

I don't handicap boxing but followed your advice and cashed on Forrest and Forrest by decision -110 for a nice night.
