All three times a Lebron-led team has faced the Bulls in the playoffs, they have gone on to win each of the remaining games after their 1st loss of the series...

2013
Heat lose game 1 of Conf Semis at home and go on win the next 4 games. The game 2 margin was 37 points.

2011
Heat lose game 1 of the Conf Finals at home 82-103 and then go on to win 4 games straight to knock out the Bulls. Game 2 ends in an 85-75 defensive struggle in favor of the Heat at home.

2010
After winning the first two games of the 1st Rd at home, the #1 seeded Cavs drop Game 3 in Chicago. They go on to win the next two games to close out the series and Vinny Del Negro is fired a week later. Even though they had a different coach then, this younger version of the current Bulls squad featured starters Rose, Hinrich, Noah and Gibson, all of whom are on the team now.

Not saying history must repeat itself, of course... just laying out the past. LeBron has matured a lot since and some of the key players for the Bulls have had the chance to mature and play together for the past six years. Just food for thought.

Deezy Lebron doesn't have Wade or Bosh...I also believe in 11' and 13' NO ROSE.

This CAVS team is CRAP.

This CAVS team is CRAP.

The Bulls started Rose for all 5 games of the 2011 Conference Finals.

Rose was injured in 2013, however the Bulls had a rising star in Jimmy Butler (averaged 16ppg in that series), Belinelli (whom LeBron would see in the finals the next year vs the Spurs), Rip Hamilton (an old foe from playoff matchups against DET when they were good) AND don't forget about Nate Robinson, who played extremely well in Rose's absence averaging 16pts, 2.5reb and 4.5ast in the playoffs that year.

Now Mr. Fresh, I'm not making the case for the Cavs here... just pointing out history, as I've already stated. It is worth mentioning that the Cavs top two players right now are the best two on the floor for either team in this matchup. The Bulls may have a better "team" game at the moment, but I think you are making a rash statement about a Cavs group that still a few games to figure things out. I remember you making a similarly hasty conclusion about a Clippers team that eliminated the Spurs and just beat the well-rested Rockets in game 1 of that series last night without CP3. All I'm saying is, maybe we shouldn't be jumping to conclusions about this series being over or this Cavs team not having what it takes to advance. I think we forget that, even though he didn't win the MVP this year, LeBron is STILL THE BEST player in the league and a transcendent one at that.

For the sake of argument; had to butt in.

I think LeBron can count his CLUTCH game winning shots on one hand.
Michael Jordan by far was the ultimate transcendent clutch player, he WANTED the ball when it mattered...LeBron defers to others.

Lebron is the best on the floor but who is 2nd on the CAVS ? Irving ? No fucking way. He can score but his defense is pure garbage. Rose is better. I understand this info but this scenario is different than say the Clippers/Spurs series. The Spurs lost that series by one possesion. IMO it was a perfect feel good scenario with them winning after last years debacle. Lebron is surrounded by chumps....

Lets look.

Irving is very good IMO not great.
Smith is a chump...See his history
Mozgov is average at best
Shump is a chump...See his history
Well Lebron is THE VERY BEST
DellavaCHUMPA....:142smilie D-Leaguer at best
Miller WASHED UP
MARION WASHED UP
Lets not forgot by far the WORST player on the team PERKINS...FUCK THIS GUY SHOULD BE ON A COUCH.
Who else ?
Thompson is average and thats being NICE.

Maybe next year for Lebron & Co they need a roster makeover to go far...

Gotta think Love is gone after all the BS he went through....

He can go to a team and be the SUPERSTAR not the 3rd wheel to Lebron and Irving.

:0008

Lets NOT forget...Lebron didn't win 2 rings without an already champion DWADE & ALLEN with BOSH.

Lebron has NO ONE close to any of those 3 in terms of talent....Dwade will still school Irving in defense.

Lebron added one today. Maybe he'll be able to count them two hands pretty soon. The guy is just 30yo. Certainly, no Jordan, but still has time to notch some more clutch shots under his belt.
