This WVU team is struggling big time! In addition, they aren't hustling and getting back on defense after made shots. Play after play, St Johns quicker and more energetic players made lay up after lay up Wednesday Night. It was just a horrible night to watch the alma mater.
WVU has no go to scorer, one average ball handler and the rest of them look fucking lost. They seem to refuse or not understand Huggins motion offense---because they never run it correctly or at all. Obviously, this infuriates Huggs to the point it looks like his head will explode while he screams vulgarities at each of them
Well, I don't think it will get any better in 48 hours when they travel to Milwaukee for NYD 11am tip. A place where WVU has never been competitive with the eagles. I don't have the exact scores of the past---but, I don't remember ever being within 20 points at games end.
WVU bigs Jones, Kilichila and Flowers are three lost fucks right now. Jones was supposed to be a star and he acts like he isn't real comfortable with being the leader. Kilicli has concrete in his shoes and can't jump 3 inches off the floor. Flowers, the most productive, will be guaranteed to be sitting with 2 fouls early in the contest. Casey Mitchell is WVU only player that can score off a hop---however, he is a ball hog and will continue to shoot until wvu is out of the game or Huggs yanks him down on the pine beside Flowers.
I have watched Marquette a few times this year and they are going to embarrass WVU. It is also revenge for a last second shot Butler made to beat them last year in Morgantown. WVU is just playing absolutely horribly---will it get better? Maybe in February---sure as hell ain't happening this morning.
