Heading to Mexico and the O/U lines are not up yet for French Soccer this weekend, but the research is done. i'll be calling these in Friday night once the lines are up so I thought I would post my early thoughts here for what its worth before I hit the road. The world's lowest scoring league should be spitting out another boat load of 0-0 draws this weekend:

I will take any of these assuming the O/U is 2 goals or above:

LeMans-Toulouse
LeMans - 2 Rd games played, 2 0-0 results. Just promoted, their strategy seems to be play for the win at home, draw on the road.
Toulouse is bad. 2 home games played, 1 goal scored.

St Etienne-Nice
St - All 5 games played have been unders inc. Three 0-0 draws.
Nice - should win this - 3 of 5 games played have gone under.

Lille-Metz
Both coming off 2 straight 0-0 games - 4 games, Zero goals - 'nuff said.

PSG-Strasbourg
Strasbourg simply won't score. Based on recent PSG play, they are not playing well enough to score 3 goals. In fact PSG's early season success looks less successful as the opponents have proven to be the teams who'll be fighting to avoid religation. If Stras gets 1+ goals, might take the visitors and hope for a 0-0 draw.

Marseille-Sochaux
Marseille - 0-2 on the road & avg 1 goal per game scored - giving up alot (2.5/game), but see Sochaux....
Sochaux - 2 goals scored in 5 games played and the both came in the same game - 4 games, 0 goals scored in others.

As far as sides, I like Auxerre alot at a woeful Rennes and suprisingly the over in that game also like Lens if -1/2 and Lyon if -1/2.

Very nice. Another boatload of unders - and the one over was what I guessed - Rennes. Although I was on the wrong side taking Auxerre. I hope you didn't pound Auxerre too hard IS. I just round robined the 5 unders and cleaned house. Can't wait for the next round of French League. At some point, the books are going to have to start throwing out O/U lines of 1 or 1 1/2.

I decided not to play any of the sides.

I was thinking the same thing about the O/U lines.
