--I actually prefer pitt tomorrow with Liriano as STL is pretty grim vs L and he has great
numbers vs Cards in 5, but I wanted some on the opener as pirates have great numbers
vs Miller in 5 meetings (and he's 0-5 vs) including earlier this season
--previously known as Fausto is unpredictable save that he won't go deep and Phillies pen is
taxed and pitiful; Collmenter is little threat to an over and his likely short duration means we'll
seem some of that D'Backs impressive(not)pen; phils can score, here, and D'Backs usually
produce at home; killer wind out to right if roof is open, which it has been this year, and this
looks to be on of the few parks without shitty weather in the area
--medium wind blowing out right-center at Target and the Twins come home happy knowing
that they can actually win the occasional game when they score 9 runs; Porcello gives me
headaches with his unpredictability but Twins are killing the ball this year and current Twinkies
who have enjoyed Porcello's company--who will likely play--include Dozier, Mauer(sort of),
Plouffe and Kubel; Correia grim his 1st4 and I don't think anyone is shocked; Twins avg.
more than 5 runs per game at home and tigers won't be shutout barring tribulation
--Jays bullpen can kiss my fan(ny) but hard to argue with Buehrle's results and Jays should get
a couple early just to have any hope; also gives me a way to have a piece of the Brews who
will eventually get a W for Garza and with the cubs .586 OPS on the road (scoring 2.5 per game
and 2-6 record so far) and the cold Villaneuva going it seems like as likely a time as any
Couple other temptations but we'll have storms everwhere--already hurricane-like outside here
in T.O. Storms have me bailing on temptations laa@Nyy ov & Mets ml. Might try that col@Lad
over if price improves (7.5 +112 but I want to buy a 7--currently -121).
