On Minn, see Raymond's thread. It's worse than I made it sound. On Phil, Mil weak inside and with Coleman back Phil can go inside they want. Look for better d out of Phil tonight.

Here are my leans which have been better than my picks here lately. Phil o, NY +1 adv, Minn o, Port +1 adv, SA +2, LA o.

Just got Phoe at 192'. Don't like Vegas helping me. LA should be a playground type game tonight. Very little d and showtime in LA. Got time to play the over if I'm doing well.

Sorry if you have seen/read this before. The following is from covers. Line makers may have already adjusted their lines due to this article or the results but tought it may interest you:

---------------------
Clubs with huge, intimidating centers seem to play better defensively than the bookies expect. For example the 'under' is 12-6 (66.7 percent) with the Lakers, who of course, have the monstrous Shaq to swat away opposition balls.

And the 'under' in 76ers games is a similar 12-8 (60 percent), with Dikembe Mutombo protecting the middle of the court.

Those are two teams that also rely heavily on their giants offensively.

Conversely, teams that don't rely so much on their centers for offense seem to play 'over' more.

Take the Mavericks, for example. Dallas is one of the smaller teams, and as a result, they like to move the ball around and take a lot of perimeter shots. The under for this team so far is 6-15 (28.6 percent).

Similarly, the Utah Jazz have a balanced offense, mixing perimiter shots with a solid under-the-net aattack. In turn, they also have a 6-15 'under' record.

You can even break that down a step further by looking at Utah's 'under' record at home. The Jazz seem to score and allow more points at home giving the 'under' a 2-11 (15.3 percent) showing.

It's how they run their offense. The ball goes in and back out with Shack and Mutumbo. You have to keep those guys involved and it eats clock. Last year was worse than this year. Same thing with Mia.
