2:2 pit(Correia)@Chc(Davis-L)
pit: small edge SP
Chc: medium+ edge bats
BP's comparable
wind in from center at 10mph
I have Chc 56%.
My old book, the Greek :)sadwave: ) has 'em at -110.
They usually have about the earliest lines. Pinnacle should be up shortly, barring a delayed rapture.
looks valueless with Davis.
Pit can't hit L but are 6-6 vs (2-2 road).
Cubs 5-12 home to R (13-21 overall).

7 sd(Richard-L)@Wash(Lannan-L)
sd: medium edge BP
Have SP's totally even. Bats close with recent SD slumpage and Wash improveage.
wind out to left-center 8mph and 40% chance of storms.
Have Wash 51%.
whoopee
I see Wash -112 so why am I wasting...nevermind...
sd 3-3 @L (7-6 overall)
Wash 4-2 home to L (stellar 0-6 on the road to L)

Need to hit the fridge and then count my chickens.

7 phil(Oswalt)@Nym(Capuano-L)
phil: big edge SP, small edge BP
bats comparable if you believe the numbers; I don't...I'd say edge phil, there
wind out to left-center 11mph
Have phil 59%.
conservatively.
phil 4-1 at L (12-3 vs L overall)
Nym 5-9 home to R (15-21 overall)
see 'em -138. runline +130 totally more appealing, assuming phil goes 18 or less innings Thurs.

7:3 cin(Leake, apparently)@Atl(Hanson)
cin: small edge bats
Atl: majorly cool edge SP, medium edge BP
very mild """wind""" out to left
Have Atl 65%. Easily my high for the day.
I see 'em -160, +135 on the runline.
I might do something, here.
cin 9-10 @R, Atl 11-7 home to R
Leake was pretty grim in his 2 AAA go's.
Hanson's been hot.
Dang reds BP is getting another workout, again.
It's going to cost me.

big .136 hitter Cliff Lee just picked up first RBI.
and second.
and third.

what's prologue was past

8 ariz(Hudson)@Hou(Myers)
ariz: big edge SP, medium edge BP, small edge bats
strong wind out to center, barring retractables
Have ariz 59%
My book still not opening but see 'zona -128 elsewhere.
Better than that, once av, and avoiding temptation will not be my BD resolution.
another +135 runline if I want to risk dancing with the devil in the pale moon light. or is that moonlight.

whatevas

May the reds plane crash.

I'm kidding.

8 sf(Lincecum)@Mil(Marcum)
sf: small edge SP & BP
Mil: large edge bats, esp. recently and at home
wind in from left-center 7mph if open
Have Mil 57%.
very conservatively as fading the Freak is not usually on my to-do list
I see a -110.
under 6.5, +112, looks slightly safer than running into a burning building.

wow...reds only down 3 instead of the 7 I was anticipating.
maybe there is a dog

hey...if you're looking for class or taste--just a little farther out West

<iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/zxYXV2RrwIs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

8:4 stl(Westbrook)@Col(Jimenez)
stl: medium edge bats; should get back Holliday
Col: medium edge SP--finally maybe rounding into some form
BP's comparable
wind out to right 10mph
Have Col 54%.
again, conservatively
stl 13-9 @R (21-15 overall)
Col 8-9 home to R (16-17 overall)
Not dominating at home, like in years past. Tough game. Troy will be back in lineup. Westbrook has been better but I trust him like I trust the credit card rate reduction salesmen that refuse not to keep calling.
I see -140/+145.
Actually my book's finally going...-145 on Rox.
Too expensive.

10 flor(Vazquez)@Lad(Garland)
flor: big edge BP, medium edge bats--still not sure on Ethier story
Lad: small edge SP
wind in from left 8mph
Vazquez was great in his last, vs tb, just after obtaining about the worst starter rating I've had all season; makes it impossible to say what he does here, though the opponent prefers to avoid home plate. Garland I can't trust, either. Tough call--side and total.
Have Lad 51%.
I see Lad -113.
Over 7.5, maybe, if I had a million dollars.

this is taking longer than world peace

7 bost(Wakefield)@Det(Porcello)
bost: large edge bats, esp. w/recentness, medium edge BP
Det: large edge SP, what with Porcello maybe coming of age and Wakefield often showing his
wind left to right 5mph
Have Det 55%.
Seein' -109.
Hard to touch that with recent events, including Thursday.
Total of 9 also does nothing for me.

7 cws(Buehrle-L)@Tor(Drabek)
Tor: large edge bats with good work vs L this season, medium+ edge BP save closer
SP's comparable, though Buehrle's been more reliable lately as Drabek remains uncertain about the concept of the strike zone; we'll know the ump for this one, soon enough, and Drabek could sure use a big-zone dude or he could be walking the plank.
wind right to left 8mph but methinks roof will be closed.
cws 10-12 @R (18-20 overall)
Tor 4-2 home to L (7-6 overall)
Have Tor 58%
I see -130.
grumble
Jays can't lose on my birthday, can they?
At least the Leafs and Raptors won't.

7 clev(Tomlin)@Tb(Price)
clev: small edge bats...might have Sizemore back but Hafner still toast
SP's are surprisingly comparable, at present, and both BP's are decent but certainly erratic
dome
Actually have clev 51%, despite them totally preferring home (Rays best on road, too, so far, though that seems less meaningful)
clev at +150 seems to have value with the coin-toss I'm calling
a fair bit, actually
(kinda like cin on Thursday :)facepalm: ))

8 kc(Adcock)@Tex(Lewis)
kc: was that '80 that Brett hit .390?
Tex: large edge SP
BP's comparable and, again, erratic.
Bats comparable by the numbers unless you take into consideration the royals AND Tex both much preferring to hit at home. Hence Tex+
Adcock will NOT dominate and he will also need help from some sketchy middle-relief.
Lewis is looking quite sharp, lately. Very sharp.
strong wind in from right at 17mph
Have Tex 63%
Seems low, if you ask my neighbour, esp. with kc losing in delayed extras while Tex chilled at home.
I see Tex -172, which is annoying.
+120 runline moderately tempting though wind won't help any long-balls.
I need to sleep on her.
I mean--on this.

8 laa(Chatwood)@Min(Baker)
laa: medium edge bats & BP
Min: small edge SP as Baker can be decent and Chatwood needs to get his strike % somewhere over 52
wind in from right-center """at""" 10mph and good chance for rain; gee, it would be a shame if this classic was rained out, aye
Have laa 52%
I'm not sold, either.
laa +107 is not enough for me.
total of 8 also chews
nothing to see, here...move along--move along...

Need to raid my fridge before doing last 2.
Be nice if the marlins could score a run or 7.

10 balt(Tillman)@Oak(Gonzalez-L)
balt: small+ edge bats, esp. lately, though facing lefties--esp. hot ones--is not their speciality
Oak: medium edge SP & BP
wind out to right-center 15mph
balt 2-3 @L (5-9 overall)
Oak 8-9 home to R (14-22 overall)
Have Oak 55%
listed -165
riiiiight

10 nyy(Burnett)@Seat(Pineda)
nyy: large edge bats and they seem to be hitting again, after a crappy stretch, medium edge BP
Seat: large edge SP--guy has great stuff and is very hot, lately; this will be the first time the yanks have seen him and a party seems unlikely
wind out to left-center at 9mph, obviously favouring yanks with much more power; major chance of rain and fog so roof likely more over than the game
Have Seat 53%
-110 is basically break-even on 53's
sucks
Burnett has cooled somewhat, and he's often streaky, but the hot M's club--not so much the """sticks"""--may be returning to earth.
Tough call.
under 7 at -130 is also a poor hand-job.
under4, 1st5 maybe, but I'm guessing the price won't be nice.

Doesn't look like anything great to cash in for my birthday.
I guess you guys (and girls, maybe) will all have to chip in and hire me a hooker.
Just an idea.

Happy Birthday Luck

Happy Birthday Luck

EXTRAP, the stuff you post always has some good info, and it's a funny read, too! :142smilie

Always check your posts. Thanks for the thought of getting together for a brew sometime. But I don't live in TO and in off time I'm going the other way out to Lake Huron. When in TO I'm going to the Toronto Zen Centre for extended meditation training aka sesshin.

Will drop a post if I'm heading that way with a little time to spend.

BTW...Happy Birthday and hope the J-A-Y-S give you a nice prezzie. I just wish the vigorish wasn't so high. With Buehrle pitching it's gonna be a short game. :toast:
