From another forum:
"The game is on 207 with almost 4 minutes to go in the game and I am thinking he is dead in the water.
The Suns empty their bench and their reserves don't score at all in the last 4 minutes. The T'wolves score 3 points over the next 1.5 so basically with 2 minutes left he has the game on 210 and the only way he can have his parlay win as a 3 teamer and not lose is by the game going scoreless for 2 minutes.
Over the next 2 minutes the T'wolves backcourt misses 3 straight free throws. The Suns 7 foot Euro backup Marks misses a wide open pick and roll slip layup.
Then with 20 seconds left Gerald Green (last year's slam dunk champ) gets a break away and misses the dunk!!! The T'wolves Corey Brewer gets the rebound and misses a 6 footer, Gerald Green gets the rebound and misses a 2 foot putback, and it bounces out to Al Thornton who misses a 12 foot str8 away jumper and then time ran out.
I have never won a game like this where I get 2 NBA teams to combine for 3 points with 4 minutes left in a blowout game where neither team gives a shit about playing defense."
It should have read almost 3 minutes to go...
Game was at 207 with 2:45 left according to his copy and paste.
Not a big deal I was one minute incorrect but still a 5000-1 shot if you witnessed the game yourself.
2 Point blank layups and dunks missed.
3 Missed FT's
2 Putbacks missed
2 wide open 12 footers missed.
To view it live was insane."
