I don't agree with some of these. e.g. I wouldn't play Fenway or Yankee Stadium overs, regardless of weather (not factored, nor are umpires).
Out of practice but a fairly simple formula. Some subjectivity but can't avoid it when assessing the unknown. Still mostly based on reality, I profess, and I figure I proved it's efficacy several years ago within these pages.

Just getting desperate and don't feel like sleeping.
Likely won't bother with same until playoffs...maybe on game I'm tempted to pound.
