Fletch been just busy then heck last few days. Wanted to say thanks for the birthday wish. The back is doing much much better. Thanks to AZ and a old fashion back streach. Did not know they even did that anymore. About three weeks back spent about two days at the local hospital on the back with old weights a hanging over the end. Hey it worked. AZ help a lot to. Sent me some good ways to get some sleep and some exercises to do.
