Pirates -125
Joe Musgrove is dealing this year with a .89 WHIP and those starts come against teams that hit RHP better than Oakland does, but most do hitting just .225 and a .371 SLG AND they get a switch to a NL park which means the 9 spot in the order is the pitcher batting.
Philly -180
Steep price and pretty much the limit I'm willing to lay here, but it's a solid play. Nats bats have just gone cold and they face Eickhoff who is off to a start that has him posting a 1.00 WHIP and that includes a start at Coors Field. He's facing Hellickson who is somehow 2-0 despite and ERA north of 5 and a WHIP over 1.6. I just don't see the Nats bats keeping up here. Look for some runs, hence the high total of 9 and look for the lions share to be posted by Philly.
Cincinnati -150
Sonny Gray vs a team that doesn't hit RHP's. Cincy hits LHP better than RHP and should score enough here to get us the W.
Atlanta -170
We get the better bats and the better pitcher. Price is fair, barely.
That's it for the 7:00 games, I may post more in this thread for later games, maybe not.

Cincy -150 Risking 1 unit to win .66 units
