Well, we only have a few hours to go until the weekend.....anyway, thought I would start a quick thread devoted to tonight's marquee bracket buster event--Davidson at Winthrop......figured maybe I could kill off the last few hours of the work week with some college hoops talk.
Well, you know college hoops talk that does have anything to do with my alma mater....not sure what is going on down there.
Anyway back to tonight's game.
I am curious what people think of this one. It seemed like back in late November and early December there was a thread once a week devoted to a big Davidson game and how they would do against the Big Boys.
They never won, but covered the spread in most of those games, if i recall correctly?
Do we not think that they will win tonight?
Or has Winthrop--which has played a fairly heady schedule as well--rebuilt enough where they can win tonight and be more than their usual top dog of the Big South.
I tend to think Davidson will get the W tonight, even on the road.
What is everyone else's opinion?
