I think Cincy is a much better team than Xavier this year and I'll take a point in this one.

I know that Xavier is a tough place to play and the Bearcats don't play well on the road but the two schools are probably less than ten miles apart. There's going to be a fair number of UC fans in the stands.

This is a big rivalry, Cincinnati wants revenge for last years 69-67 loss at home.

I don't know how much he'll play but 6-11 C BJ Grove is back with the Bearcats for this game.

Cincinnati at Xavier, Friday. The Bearcats may get more national attention, but the cross-town rival Musketeers can claim to own the Queen City these days. Xavier has won four of the last five games in this series and seven of the last nine played at Xavier. Xavier strongman David West will find a more willing and capable Cincinnati frontline, one that outrebounds opponents by nearly nine boards per game. This one is always a classic, with three of the last five games decided by two points.

San Diego State (5-3) at Hawaii (6-1)

SDSU is coming off a deceiving 93-78 win over a Fresno State team which is falling apart without Melvin Ely.

San Diego State is 5-0 at home and 0-3 on the road. More importantly, they are 0-3 ATS on the road.

Hawaii is 6-1: all games at home, 2-1 ATS at home. For tomorrow night's game, they get back Savovic who was their leading scorer last year and a real team leader.
