Hudson Valley area.....NY
Crazy day here in Austin. We host South by Southwest here when about 2-3 million visitors visit this weekend I am going to see Seinfield tonight in concert. One of my buddies I play racquetball everyday with is an uber driver at night. He told me this weekend he has to turn down people because of the volume. I read in today's Austin newspaper that last year during SSW that 50 people got hit by cars downtown. I mentioned that at breakfast with my racquetball buddies this morning and they laughed at me. One said in NYC 50 people probably get hit everyday. Never thought of that.. anyway busy day handicapp a lot of games last night and saw a few games that I like the lines.

North Texas pk over UAB ***
You have the 10th offensive scoring team in UAB going against the No 1 def team in the country. My mean Green. The teams that played North Texas if you look at their season low points in games almost everyone was when they played North Texas. Last night they beat La Tech 74-46. They held WKU to 33 points . You don't see that very often . Grant should win Coach of the year and he has only 1 true off. scorer in Perry Umoj and others tranfer to the Oklahoma's because they to score more and shoot. But everyone at North Texas knows their roles and just shuts down other teams. NT is 26-6. But UAB can score and has Walker . They beat Rice yesterday 87-60. Mean Green scoring has me worried and NT did beat UAB 82-79. Walker had 20 but Perry had 28. Not a huge play and defiantly a homer play for me but I'm not getting off the Defensive train Go Mean Green
m FAU -10 over Mid Tenn oh no game started 11-6 1st half skip I loved FAU but skip it.

Memphis -5.5 over UCF ***
Kendrick Davis enough said
Kansas -4.5 over Iowa St ***
ISU beat them 68-53 last time and after watching ISU last night they seem unbeatable. Self in the hospital and they didn't miss a beat yesterday. Kansas blows them out today.

Texas -2.5 over TCU **
Tough game but love those Tx gds . TCU sent home there big guy and yesterday Texas big guy was out. A small lean towards the Longhorns

UConn -3.5 over Marquette ***
Nice job this year Shacka but not today
Sam Houston -2.5 over Grand GCAN ****
Grand beat them by 4 last time but today Bearkats get there revenge
Iona -14 over niagara *****
Pitino rumored to leave purgatory in New Rochell and become St Johns new coach. Think today Clayton Nelli and Jenkins come out smoking. Iona beat them last time 72-55 and there was no rumor back then. But Pitino needs to clean his act up because the Johnnies fired ESPN's top tv annalist Fran Franchilla when he grabbed his ball after a loss in the teams lockeroom and said " you guys have no balls" But unfortunately the team priest reported to the President of St Johns and he was fired the next day. We Catholics don't allow that and Pitino has done worst at that restaurant in louisville after closing time. But I eat meat this morning at breakfast and all I had to say was " se libros nos a malo" Deliver from evil and I;m forgiven " And then lie to my wife when she asked " did you eat meat at breakfast " . No honey I didn't " se libros nos a malo Damn FAU up 30-16 Thank god I got my play in ... good luck today everyone Will not get hit by a car tonight going to see my favorite comedian.
