Tigers just beat Penn last week at Penn...tonite Tigers home think they sweep the series tonite..Tigers have Schweiger who had 27 vs Penn.. but he is the kid last yr that replaced there star player and abg 20 pts a game..then he got hurt and mised the last 5 games...anyway they have Llwellyn also that can score....Tigers started out real slow..now playing better...Penn shoots 3's like Texas and almost 45% of there FG's attempts are 3's..playing in Jadwin tonite...think you miss a lot of those..

Butler -1.5 over Prov **
Which Prov teams shows up...but Butler's defense is always showing up even if they were playing in Tim=buck -2...that's right outside of Denton,Texas where I did my student teaching 40 years ago...

Buffalo -1.5 over Miami **
Buffalo was blown out by ??? forgot think they have to much offensive talent for the Miami defense to stop.

MAAC tonite

Quinn -8 over Niagara ***
Quinn has won 3 in a row and just blew out Rider by 20..Kelley could be the best player in the MAAC..I mentioned the other day he does everything and drives the bus...I also mentioned the coach who was Wrights asst at Nova said he thought 6'8 Marfo with his aggressiveness inside at 6'8 could lead the MAAC in rebounding.. Baker was half right.. Marfo leads the nation in rebounding...Purple are in a tail spin....lost their coach the 1st week,cannot play any defense and can't score they just lost to Manhattan and Fairfield this week...they might not win a game all year..

Monmouth -4.5 over Canisius ***
Griffs lost 5 in a row,are 0-3 in conf..lost to Siena,Man,and Fair..have trouble scoring and defense..Hawks have a solid pt gd in Salnave and Hammonds is scoring...they have won 6 of 7 and played a tough schedule losing to Hofstra,K-state,Pitt ...if Hawks coach King Rice suited up he still would be the best player in the gym tonite...not sure of his coaching ability though..but think they have enough to beat the Griffs and cover..

Iona +6.5 over Rider **
It was +6 but then changed to +6.5 and that was enough for me to flip...Iona is 0-2 in the conf Peter beat them and Monmouth just beat them...Iona has been the king of the MAAC for years...its automatic they go to the NCAA's every year...they avg almost 85 pts a game and give up 81 yet they win the MAAC conf or Tourney every year...they still have Crawford a good shooter...and Agee in inside.. Rider who has the best team in the MAAC just got beat by Quinn by 20...they are at home and if everyone including

Sorry had a phone call..last time I left my post here to long and when I continued I lost the post..it said time expired

anyway Rider has the talent to blow Iona out at home...but Riders pt gd Jordan has played real bad in his last games..Marshall the 6'9 inside post player only dominates vs MAAC teams.. Vaughan is there stud and I thought could be MAAC POY...but you have 2 brainless coaches going against each other tonite.. Tim No cluess and Baggett...Iona is 0-2 in the conf and despite how bad they are I cannot see Iona at 0-3... Rider has the best 5 starters in the MAAC.. that 1/2 pt swayed me to take the underdog..

Was at the Coastal-Tex St Game.. Had Coastal +3.5..at the half Coastal up 11...then they came out and couldn't do anything right... Pearson was open the whole game..he had 25 pts at half...they other nite Troy defense was in his face not giving him anything...Coastal wasn't playing tight D on him and they payed for it...there was maybe 250 people at the game...Ellis the coach of Coastal who coached at Clemson,Alabama, and has 500 D-1 wins needs to retire...his game plan was so bad in the 2nd half..guys taking NBA 3's turning it over on alley opps dunks...no help defense and Pearson just shooting uncontested jump shots...also when coastal was warming up they all had " hoods" on during shooting warmups...half the team were shooting the pre-game layups with hoods on...and when the introduction of the team was announced the starters who go out to mid court and meet the rest of the team.. a player would hi 5 him and then "pat him down " like a police arrest...all 5 starters were padded down.. unreal .. if I didn't have $ money on Coastal I wanted to kick there ass's out of the gym... it was so disrespectful ..Guess I'm getting to old...

My dog is on Cefpodoxime,Gabapentin and Carprofen...his scar is about 6 inches across..
