1)Buffalo(Pk,+115)
Both teams are hot, but the Sabres are 8-2 ATS last 10 vs Ottawa including 4-0-1 the last 5 home vs the Sens, by a combined score of 12-4. Biron has been outstanding with a .945 save percentage the last 4 games.

2)Columbus/Detroit(under 5.5,-120)
Even though I didn't see a 2.5 line on this one, I did see the Wings as high as -1.5,-160, so I'm going to apply a seldom used parameter that has worked very well in total mis-matches.

Last year the line on a game was set at 2.5 goals just 9 times, and the under came in on 7 of them. The reason is quite simple.......the underdog is so over-matched that they cannot be expected to contribute much to the total that night. In those 9 games last year, we saw one very weird 6-6 tie, and in the other 8 games, the underdog scored a TOTAL of 5 goals!

Let's see, what else......

....Columbus has scored a total of 12 goals in 8 LT meetings with the Wings.

....Columbus is tied for dead last in the NHL in goals for and Detroit is #1 in the NHL in goals against.

....Columbus has played under 27-22 so far TY and Detroit has played under 28-24 so far TY.

....Both teams are below the critical 10% mark in shooting percents over their last 5 games. The Blue Jackets are at 6.4% and the Wings are at 9.7%.

3)New York Rangers/Atlanta (under 6,+105)
I'm going to stick with the Atlanta under that won on Wednesday night as they continue on a not bad run to the unders. Over their last 13 games now, they have a GA of 2.85, not bad when considering a play under 6. They also continue to struggle to score, with a total of 14 goals in their last 7 games.

The Rangers continue to be unpredictable, but are also struggling on offence with just 4 goals in their last 3 games.

4)Carolina/Anaheim (over 5,+100)
Carolina played last night on the road and B/B road games is always a good angle to the "over".

Actually, the Hurricanes have been a solid over play on the road all year at 16-6 overs. Anaheim has finally found some offence, scoring 20 goals over their last 6 games, and although Carolina's shooting percentage over the last 5 games is below the critical 10% mark at 7.2%, when it is added to Anaheim's terrific 14.0%, the two teams combine for a nice 21.2% total.

The 4 Plays Again

Good luck out there tonight,
