Yankees absolutely own Escobar. He pitches to a 6.18 era over his last 20 against the yankees and normally lloks like a dear in headlights against this team. Jeter handles him very well. Sheffield should let his bad do the talking after the abuse he is going to get after the new roid story that came out today. Chacon is poised for a big year. Yankees coming off back to back losses look like a very solid play in this spot.

Clem Good luck and I like your play. However, don't you think there is better value laying -115 odds with the Yankees than laying -1.5 (+135)? I have been betting baseball since the mid 1990's so I'm hardly a rookie and one thing I have learned over the years is the -1.5 comes back to bite you in the ass quite often.

I always enjoy your insight even if I don't agree because you take handicapping seriously and are one of the top 5 cappers on this site IMO. Good Luck this year.
