[RIGHT SIDE]

1-1 yesterday winning with the Dodgers and losing on the RSox. Those Sox sure do baffle me....those fools will lose in the 1st round of the playoffs this year. They are not as good as portrayed. Anyway...on to today where I'm going with the other "Sox" team who is a hell of a lot better!


WHITE SOX -114 (Verlander/Contreras)

GL!! Verlander has been nothing but spectacular this season with the exception of one team....the Chicago White Sox! They just seem to have his number so far and I see nothing different in this matchup tonight with Contreras going for CHI who is 2-1 against DET this season with all of those starts being solid outings! WSox just got done taking a very big series with the Yanks while DET just lost their series against Minny. This is the start of probably one of the toughest road trips of the season for DET and I see it starting out sour in the World Champs backyard.......With DET having the best record in baseball they are the target now for everyone. Also a sidenote on Verlander as he missed his last start due to arm fatique......

right side, i don't see the redsox even making the playoffs. they're not beating out the yanks for the division. and i don't see them beating out the twins & chi sox for the wild card either. they're too streaky right now.

GL!! Going with the Cubs anytime is risky...especially on the road, but I see them as a live dog once again here as they are playing well in that role lately. Rockies coming home after just playing last night ending their road trip could be a little flat coming in and throw in the fact that they are only 2-12 L/14 when Cook takes the hill for them.....ouch! Cubs have also dominated this series lately......
