Houston Rockets @ Minnesota Timberwolves

The Minnesota Timberwolves look to hand the Houston Rockets their third straight loss tonight when they clash at the Target Center.

These teams have vastly different records when playing against strong opposition and we believe there is value tonight in laying the points with the home team. In games against teams with a winning record Minnesota are a stellar 17-9 ATS this season while Houston are a bankroll-busting 10-20 ATS.

Minnesota's 44-17 SU overall record puts them four games clear in first place in the super-strong Midwest division. Last time out the Timberwolves mauled the Mavericks 121-97 to halt Dallas' six-game winning streak. MVP candidate Kevin Garnett had yet another dominating performance against the Mavs to record his 53rd double-double of the season. With Troy Hudson and Michael Olowokandi added to an already potent line-up the T'wolves are looking good to finally win a play-off series.

Minnesota lost 94-92 at home four games back to the road warrior Spurs. Other than that loss they have won seven straight home games by double-digits...during that stretch they have beaten the Mavericks, Warriors, Nets, Kings, Suns and Clippers by an average of 15.1 points per game.

Houston have lost four of their last five road games and all of those defeats were by nine points or more. The Rockets are just 13-16 (.448) SU on the highway this season while the Timberwolves are 24-7 (.774) at home.

The home team has won six straight in this series with an amazing average winning margin of 15 ppg. Houston routed Minnesota 95-76 back in January and that is actually good news for our play tonight as the T'wolves are 15-6 ATS this season when playing with revenge.

Lay the points with Minnesota tonight and enjoy what should be a great game.

Among Libtards!!
just a heads up.....

just a heads up.....

0-7-1 his last 8 posts here at MJacks. He gives great analysis but right now, his plays aren't hitting at all....I visit another forum and he posted a play over there tuesday that he didn't post here.....it too lost. I'm not bashing him....because to be honest I've followed him many a times.....like I said, great analysis and usually pretty solid picks....just letting you know you might want to avoid his plays right now until he starts to get it going again which I hope is very soon.
