Washington at MIAMI

Played JT's 3 unit on MIAMI in the game, and that's looking good at this point. Surprisingly a higher scoring game than expected as the teams started very hot, and ended the half with 92. The line is WASH -1.5 and 87 and I don't really like it. Was expecting a higher total, but with MIAMI looking to be coming out of their shooting slump, I gotta pass or play MIA +1.5. The Under is also tempting since MOURNING has yet to grab a board, WASH is tied with the HEAT in rebounds, so look for RILEY to emphasize working the boards, thus reducing 2nd chance pts for WASH. I'm sitting on my MIA play...

Detroit at CHARLOTTE

DET is playing well, CHAR has foul problems. I normally would be on the HORNETS here, but I don't see DET letting up. With DAVIS and BROWN with 3 PF's, they may be limited and STACKHOUSE has yet to show up points wise. DET will pull away in this one and win by double digits.

RILEY will be happy about leading, but not the fact that WASH is NOT being out-rebounded, or in other words, not being out-hustled. A team on a losing streak like MIAMI should be going all out for the whole game, and I think they muzzle MJ and the WIZ KIDS in the 2nd half and clamp down on DEF.

Look for a big REB difference in 2h and the HEAT to win going away...

Houston at MEMPHIS

1 FREE THROW the entire half??? COACHES will be ragging on refs, especially RUDY T, so look for many more calls in 2H. I also like getting to lay just 1 with a much better team, HOUSTON, BUT without FRANCIS and MOBLEY, I'm passing on the side of this game. Take OVER 89.5, as I look for this game to become a shootout, and either team could win. OT never hurts with an OVER...

Kings at SPURS

SPURS hitting 52% from the field and are down by five at HT. They're controlling the boards, but have committed 10 turnovers compared to the KINGS 4. That's the difference right there. KINGS are getting off a lot of shots and the SPURS are not due to all the TO's. I think the SPURS still win this game, but by controlling the ball and the tempo. They only attempted 34 shots to 46 for SAC. That has to change. Lots of FT's have been shot, and that concerns me, but I feel SPURS will come back in this one, and it stays UNDER in 2nd half. Not playing the side, would rather root for KINGS, so I'm just playing UNDER 97 or 200 for the game.

I was on the WIZ KIDS til I saw JT's post, and I'm not blaming him, don't get me wrong, but I hate this team!! They are biggest quitters I've ever seen! How many times they gonna give up in the 4th this year????

2-1 so far...

MIA side hurt as they just never showed up the 2nd half. PLUS as mentioned, I had them in the game as well as ht, so a big double loser for me. DET hung on to at least get the HT win as well, so all is not lost. HOU total going well, hopefully they don't pull a HEAT wave in the 4th.

Waiting on this next group... adding this one for FH!

LA -3 FH

I know alot of people are on SEA and they had LA's number last year. LA knows this, and they want them bad... I'm sorry to inform all you "other" NBA fans, but this LAKER team SWEEPS last year 11-0 in the PLAYOFFS! NO COMPARISON!

They are tons better with WALKER, HUNTER, RICHMOND, an improved GEORGE, and NO RIDER or RODMAN stories...

SEATTLE lost Patterson, the so-called KOBE eqaulizer, and KOBE will go off on SEATTLE big time to back that up... also, who's gonna stop SHAQ???

SEA may get a backdoor cover, but LA will show their true colors in FH!

PORT played lites out for the FH, but look for the BUCKS to come back. Can't see them losing by 20 three in a row... UNDER is also a play...

One loss by the HEAT, who turned stone cold, and an UNDER winner, beaten by OT, a familiar story that's getting old!

KINGS game sucked... it's under by 6 at end of regulation.

Well, JT... hope my comeback helped. Don't know if I can do much better than that. Hope someone got some use...
