Took thursday off, been waiting for this one and very pleased with the opening line. I have said before to keep things simple here all games are posted for one unit and thats fine. In reality, this is a very large play for me.

Akron's young guards are in no way ready for this kind of test. In fact the Zips are overmatched at every position. Taking the trip to Pitt to enjoy this one live.

I see you are from Deland, A couple of years ago we spent an entire month down there. We rented a ranch that was right on the St Johns River. The place came complete with cattle, alligators, nasty ass fire ants and had a nice pool and hot tub. It was one of the most relaxing months I had ever spent in my life. Very peaceful.


Hawk, Good man. You know I'm low key, I don't often hype a game as being super strong. The only way Akron covers this number is if Dixon lets them. This is not likely in light of the Zips taking a top recruit that Pitt wanted right from their own back yard. Zeke Marshall a 6'11 center is the highest rated recruit ever landed by a MAC team and the Panthers were none too pleased by it.
He will put the Zips on the map when he comes in next year.

What kind of idiot would dare lay 11 with Cal Poly :shrug:

North Florida can clearly be called the gang that can't shoot straight. If time permits check out their FG %, its amusing. Meanwhile, Cal Poly took an improved Rice team down to the wire yesterday. It's hard to see them not cruising to an easy victory over an awful college basketball team like N. Fla.

Cal poly -11 is the play.

Thanks, I have developed a healthy hatred of Pitt myself. I call it the Wannstedt factor. I have already watched both teams and this is more of an anti Zip play than anything. They have been very good the last 3-4 years but this team is not even close to the abilities of the previous editions. They will improve as the season rolls on but these guys are nowhere near ready for a team like Pitt.

Thank you Cal Poly.

Still a bad 1-1 for the day. I would like to thank Dixon for at least trying to cover for me. With the ball and a 19 point lead with 20 seconds left, Pitt ran a play and made a great effort to cover the 20.
The Jerkoff missed a 12 footer in the lane to beat me.

Still a fun trip and I'm proud of my Zips. They fought hard to the end in a much improved effort.

Wanted to add a little about N Fla. Last night they were a sizzling 15/60 from the floor. These guys are awful. Will continue to play against this team as it has resulted in some of the easiest covers I have had so far.
