My friend Brett, died at age 45 .......Jesus Christ man. his son age 22 , his daughter is 19 and a freshman at southern miss, full ride scholarship in track. His ex wife was not in the picture, he raised those kids on his own. Good man, way.......too early. He was a smoker, a drinker and had back problems... back blocks, pain killers, drank it up, yet he was a manager of our company and worked through all this. I am not judging, just a tragic ending for a good guys life. 13 years ago he was like a younger brother and we hung out as we were both single then. We both met the women we were meant to spend the rest of our lives with in 2005. This happened while I was on vacation a week ago and his wife sent me a text from Brett's phone, just screwed me up again........Damn.........Sorry, I just need to vent.
