I don't really understand this extreme love for LA like they can't be beat by anyone. Yeah, they have been very very good and rolled some high seeded opponents. Quick is an amazing goalie but I am really shocked at the people thinking this ends in 5 games for them. How will they react when the going gets tough? When Quick is facing a barrage of shots from Kovalchuk and Parise? When the series is 2-2 and they are on the road?

New Jersey have overcome some pretty incredible things, like OT in two straight games in round 1 where one shot would have eliminated them and they got it done on the road. I think situations like this make teams stronger. They then dismantled a Philly team that looked like they would blow everyone out of the building. Then they rattled off 3 straight wins against the top seeded Rangers and dominated nearly every game.

I think this series will be a lot closer than many people think. In fact, I think the wrong team is favored and I cannot believe the line.

So you're telling me the team with home-ice advantage, a goalie with 3 cups and calm as can be in this situation, a forecheck no team can stop, the better PP, and a 4th line that has 9 goals is +155? I will take that anyday, I think there is much more value in NJ than in LA.

Devils to win cup +155 for 4 units
