Boise State played many weak teams. The only 2 teams they played with any significant of defense was Oregon State and they lost and the last game at Hawaii and won beacuse of the quarterback injury , Chang.
TCU played several teams with good defenses, Navy, UAB, South Florida, Vanderbilt and Southern Mississippi, which they lost on the road.
Liter with injuries all thru the season they still managed to wreak out a 11-1 season. What's amazing is the versatility of the offense, specifically, the 2nd and 3rd string quarterbacks stepping up. With two weeks to heal and prepare , expect a close game. gl
