This fucking guy should not be a MLB umpire.

Top of nine. A's hit a home run that looks like it might have hit the line on top of the fence.

Umpires go in to look at the play.

They show the play and it is no doubt that the ball hit a railing over the fence for a home run.

The Cleveland announcers say that the game will be tied up when the Umps come out of their looking at the play.

Fucking Angel comes out and says stay on second base that it is not a homer.

MLB has to get rid this POS. It happens every night with this fucker. A's lose 4-3...Fuck me

For once I want to see a protest won.

That was clearly a home run.

Commissioner needs to step up on this one.

That was fucking bullshit

Pitiful call!! Pete Rose has to be laughin right about now!! Donaughy too!!

Angel had to have had money on this game no doubt, they had the best angles to view just as MLB/ESPN and the A's/Indians networks had on that ball hitting the fence above the yellow line.

Screw job!!

:cuss:

Whats the sense of even having replay if this shit happens?

Did Oakland file a protest? Doubt it would do anything but that was pretty clear.

Can't protest a judgement call with instant replay, one of those amazing MLB rules from the Commish!

What kind of judgement was that? Everyone clearly saw it was a homerun, even the tribe's radio host said it was a homerun .. These umps should get suspended or fined for things like this. That was a big play for the game to continue.

They won't get fined, nothing we can do or say will change the outcome of that fuck job!!

Angel's excuse to the commish or Torre will be, "from our vantage point it was inconclusive, the ball did not hit above the yellow line". The Commish or MLB Exec can state to them, from their own vantage point, the umps are incorrect in that call, but they won't for the integrity of the game, there have been worse calls than that. It will be all over ESPN on the radio and tv today and tomorrow, until they get something done with Hernandez, since he was the crew chief, if I am correct, if not, the crew chief will get talked to, pretty good.

A few seasons back he made a bad call on a player from the Rays or Jays who apparently had missed touching 3rd and he called them out. Bad call, was touched by the player.

Lucky for me though Carl hit a GS to cover the over.

Another bad call by Angel in the White Sox game.

Why dumb fuck Selig does not not fire him is unbelievable.

Both Selig and Hernandez are compromising the integrity of the game.

UNBELIEVABLE what is going on in Major League Baseball

MLB umpire Angel Hernandez is suing the league and the commissioner's office, alleging that a long simmering personal vendetta between he and Joe Torre, as well as racial discrimination, have hindered his career advancement.

In the suit filed Monday in Ohio, Hernandez claims that Torre, MLB's chief baseball officer, is holding a grudge against him that dates back to when Torre was manager of the New York Yankees.

In a May 2001 game, Hernandez made a call that prompted Torre to remark after the game that Hernandez "just wanted to be noticed over there."

According to multiple reports, Hernandez says in his complaint that since Torre joined the league's front office in 2011, "the notion that Hernandez 'just wanted to be noticed' permeated Hernandez's yearly evaluations, as did Torre's general negative attitude towards Hernandez."

The Cuban-born Hernandez, who is in his 24th year as a major league ump, further contends that MLB is not doing an adequate job of promoting minority umpires.

Hernandez's suit states that none of the 23 umpires that have been promoted to crew chief since 2000 have been a minority. The lawsuit also claims that only one minority umpire has been assigned to the umpiring crew for the six World Series that have been played since Torre began working for MLB.

"The selection of these less qualified, white individuals over Hernandez was motivated by racial, national origin and/or ethnic considerations," the lawsuit states.

Additionally, in June, Hernandez filed two discrimination charges with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Hernandez, who says he has seen "other, less experienced, generally white umpires" promoted ahead of him, is looking for back pay, as promotions and World Series assignments feature greater financial compensation.

Hernandez, 55, has worked two World Series (2002, 2005) and last season was part of a League Championship Series crew for the seventh time.

That is crazy!! How can he even ump games? Would he not have a conflict of interest if he is suing his employer?
