I used to use Netteller but that is not an option any longer if you live in MD.

Whats the easiest and cheapest means to fund an account?

I think there is some legal issue between the state and neteller.
Maybe regarding the collection of sales tax on purchases.

I've considered opening an account in Delaware or Virginia and using that only for neteller transactions to books.
So far I've done OK by funding through firepay, western union or instacheck.
I use Pinny, oly, and CRIS for most of my bankroll and I don't churn it much so my deposits and withdrawals are limited.
Really has not been a problem yet.

i lived in maryland i know what happened.

maryland required neteller to provide them with certain documents and company financials in order to be able to EFT to and from maryland banks.

neteller feels that the information that maryland wants is none of their business (no other states require what maryland wanted) so neteller told the state of maryland to f$$k off.

i maintained my neteller account when i still lived in maryland, but i could not use the EFT methods of funding my neteller account or use EFT to my bank from neteller.

i used the FedEx check method which i prefer anyway.

will other states follow? i don't think so but you never know.
